120 HOURS OF COURSE
Our course is a DBPR approved course using industry leading teaching materials.
We know the profession of Home Inspection and how new Inspectors can develop their clientele and we outline the pitfalls of common errors that new Inspectors make.
DITED: How do I become a Home Inspector in the State of Florida?:
-Complete a DBPR State approved 120 hour course and the course final exam of preparation, pass the required exam.
The course material addresses Ethics and legal limitations for Home Inspectors, structures, electrical systems, HVAC systems, roof systems, plumbing systems, interior components, exterior components, Fireplaces, Flashings, and site conditions that may affect a structure.
CHARACTERISTICS OF THE COURSE IN HOME INSPECTION INSTITUTE:
-The course meets the 120 academic hours required by law
-The course is offered on weekends to facilitate the inclusion of those who must complete working hours from Monday to Friday.
-The cost of the course with live instruction and books is $ 1,300.00 that can be paid in parts, in cash or by credit card.
-The classes start at 8:30 a.m. and finish at 5:30 p.m.
-The duration of the course is 6 consecutive weekends.
